Be.At

Set up in 2011 by Craig Allan a graduate from the Cumbria Institute of the Arts after becoming dissatisfied with the lack of exhibition opportunities for emerging artists in the Forth Valley area, The Be.At Gallery provides a place where local based artists can meet and exhibit along with peers and non local influences. This blog acts as a diary in which artists upload their progress, ideas and finished artworks to encourage creative and critical conversations.

Be.At Gallery is currently located at 1b Delta Studios, Larbert.

RELOCATION

This blog will not be updated regularly as the BE.AT gallery has closed. The works represented by the BE.AT will be shown by a exciting new project in Falkirk called the Centre for Social Arts (CSA).

Pages from a sketchbook part 1

A series of sketches  inspired by moments of transience with in time and space, framed by an allocated amount of time spent in transit for example set by outside factors, 30 minute train journey to Glasgow from Larbert or the x amount of time for paint to dry. This post itself is a constructed using the same methods, the time in between finishing one body of work and starting the next.
